Timbo, how can one find a good or decent kick boxing or MMA or Jitsu gym in their area like what are some signs or things to look for when trying to find a gym. I want to put my kids and myself in some sort of gym just don’t know how to tell if they’re going to be Timothy Welch quality in my area, feel me. Cheers!
