I’d recommend Atomic Habits by James clear to an 18 year old, helped me stop vaping and biting my nails. My process for books is highlight, write the page numbers on the inside cover, pick it up in 6-12months and reread the pages. Grateful for these weekly gems, thank you

I started waiting to have my coffee until after I’ve hydrated and had breakfast. I typically atleast hydrate before hand but I haven’t always eaten before. Defiantly notice a huge difference in the way my gut and mind feels throughout the day if I eat first.
