Best advice from Timbo was to stay off that fone first thing. Put on flight mode and not waking up to notifications of other people wanting your time. Start the day off right ๐ I think repetition is also key to success/growth. Your first 1000 jabs, takedowns, golf swings probably suck. Keep going until you less suck
