Started the program 75 hard on January 1st to help maximize my discipline. Each day I have to do 2 workouts where 1 must be outside, drink 1 gallon of water, read 10 pages of nonfiction, stick to a diet, and take a progress picture. Starting to see the mental and physical changes already, yall should check it out!
